I was taken care of very quickly. I'm not sure the tire pressure was checked as they were the same as before. Both front tires were 38. Before they were always set on 35.

My experience with the dealership has been pretty good.

We took the car in because we heard a noise under the car when we would hit a bump or something and we didn't know what it was but u guys figured it out and fixed it and so far so good!

I had been looking online for several weeks and provided my contact information to "the chat lady." Mark contacted me and was very helpful in answering my questions. I made an appointment to test drive several different models and Birdie was simply stellar in helping me. I'm a technically-challenged old lady who hadn't bought a car in over 14 years, wanted heated seats and controls that I would be able to figure out how to use! Birdie was great in training me on all the "gadgets" in my new car and I'm elated to listen to my music playlist in my car. I love my pretty new blue and white TrailBlazer (with heated seats!) and highly recommend the Chevrolet of Bucyrus dealership. Great Service

They rotated my tires but the one tire has always shown low air. It has been like that since I purchased the car. It was the right rear now it is on the left front. So I have to find a air station and put air in the front tire.

Birdie is kind, trustworthy, personable and made our experience a great and exciting one purchasing my new Chevy Equinox! We had just left a dealership in Columbus after not being told the truth about a car I drove an hour to see. When I called and Birdie answered I explained I was about to drive another hour and a half to see that particular Equinox and I needed to be certain it was on the lot and had the options I desired. She personally walked the lot and made sure it was the car I was looking for. She had it pulled up, under the canopy and ready to drive when I arrived. Top notch salesperson!

Got my oil changed and was told my back brakes needed changed. They had the parts and I was able to get all the work done in the same day. Saved me from having to come to the shop a second time.

The printed quote from parts was $425 + $100 labor. I was charged $150 labor. I had a bed cover. Takes less than 10 minutes to remove and install. It was put on crooked and the rubber plugs were not installed in the liner. So I had to correct and finish the job.

Always best service. Staff is great. Thats why I drive 50 miles to get service here. Always satisfied with the work done here.

Great customer service from beginning to end. My car had an engine issue and I was nervous, apprehensive and worried about driving the car and the cost of repairs. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The Service Manager understood my concerns and his Service Team quickly diagnosed the problem. After researching, I was told my car was under warranty. I was even given a loaner car to use while my car was worked on. I had no problems.

Richard got me in the perfect car and Birdie helped finish the paper work they are truly amazing!

I had excellent service. But I was disappointed. I bought my car there and the previous owners gave complimentary car washes if you asked. Rotating of tires were free with the oil change. It is difficult for some senior citizens to pay for these costs.
